  • Access to the Management > Deletion (MM002) menu.
  • Meetings recorded in the system.

 

Introduction

The system allows permanently deleting meetings recorded in the system, regardless of their statuses. This feature makes it easier to eliminate old data that no longer makes sense to the organization.

Deleting a meeting

1. Access the Deletion (MM002) menu.

2. Use the filters or the quick search field and click on Search.

3. Select the desired meeting and click on the button.

4. Confirm the operation by clicking on OK.
